Background
Hephaestus Prime is the first video series on my YouTube channel. It is very much a learning exercise for both understanding the Space Engineers and developing my video production skills.
This is a sandbox style gameplay, following my journey through the Space Engineers universe. Hephaestus Prime is intended as the first series, with the goal off heading to Mars for series two, then onwards to other planets for subsequent series.
The Story - Small Beginnings
Named after the Greek God of Fire, Hephaestus Prime is a standard Earth-Like Planet in a custom game, sandbox, solar system.
Starting alone in the desert with nothing but a simple survival cache, I need to make myself mobile with ability to process materials, defend myself and carry out a journey to find my new home.
